This is slither the sky dragon.Its attack and defense are multiplied by a thousand for each card in the owner's hand. Also if it is face up on the field, whenever its opponent summons a monster it the monster loses 2000 attak and defense. an it also attaks with 2000 points evrey time your opponent summons a monster.
